General Information

Peru is the perfect destination for trekking, with the vast mountain range of the Andes stretching the length of the country. From the 4 day Inca Trail to Machu Picchu to the 12 day Huayhuash Circuit, there is a trek to suit everyone.

It is possible to trek in Peru all year round, although the sunniest and driest months are between May and October. At this time of year warm days coincide with cold nights. Temperatures can drop well below zero in the mountains. April, May and October may be cooler during the day and with the risk of a few showers, but the nights are not as cold as June to September.

We offer fully supported treks, including delicios camp food, donkeys and/or porters while trekking, a professional trek guide, quality camping equipment, mess tent, tables, stools, toilet tent, sleeping tents, sleeping mats, and a cook.

Basic walking experience is sufficient for most of our treks. The fitter you are the more you'll enjoy it. For our trekking peaks and mountaineering trips please ask for details.
