Ride Around Cotopaxi

This ride takes you through some of Ecuador's most stunning high altitude scenery, below the icy glaciers of conical, snow-capped Cotopaxi, one of the highest active volcanoes in the world.

Our ride allows us to experience the diverse highland landscapes, flora and fauna, and indigenous communities of this fascinating, compact Andean country. The pace is also varied, from steadily crossing wetlands to cantering across the vast plains of the altiplano.

Nights are spent in a wonderful mixture of haciendas, farmhouses and highland lodges.

Ride Around Cotopaxi is a more rugged trip with simpler accommodation and some camping. Try our Colonial Hacienda Tour for a higher level of comfort. We also offer one to five day trips on a tailor-made basis.

You can combine your Ecuador holiday with a magical trip to the unique Galapagos Islands. Choose a cruise or if you want to get active have a look at our popular Multi-Activity Holiday. Or if you want to extend your stay on the mainland, explore the wildlife of the beautiful Ecuadorian Amazon jungle.

Please contact the office for information and advice.
