The food was really good and beyond my expectation. The restaurants chosen on the whole were excellent. Best hotel was Albermarle on Isabela. Great location and very well run unit with nice touches like tea/coffee in reception at all times. Blue Marlin on San Cristobal good too but not in same class as above. Hotel on Floreana was very basic with poor showers- either got scalded or ice cold...however what a location right on beach. Really had a great time. Guide on Galapagos first rate and he really helped make the tour. Loads of experience and born in the islands. Good people person and he really helped get best out of holiday. Good itinerary and we were lucky with weather as island transfers were fine.
