Trek and sail across the Patagonian Andes

This itinerary is a unique opportunity to discover areas that are still regarded as pioneer territory. Cross the Andes combining some easy trekking, small launch lake crossings and by vehicle along pioneer tracks.

Head into pioneer country from Puerto Varas by land and by lake to your base, a remote log cabin on the shores of a pristine lake.

From here, explore a region blessed with incredible unspoilt scenery by canoe, on horseback or on foot.

Follow in the pioneers footsteps, heading off from your log cabin on foot to cross the Andes in a combination of short treks and small launch lake crossings with the final stretch by vehicle ending up in Bariloche, Argentina.

These are private departures for a maximum of six people and are suitable for families.

The itinerary can also be done in the reverse direction.
