The Aida Maria was a high standard boat with excellent food, staff and an amazing guide. Every day was a great mix between hikes, snorkelling and some free time. The snorkelling was out of this world and we were very pleased with everything.
The most memorable part of the trip was the snorkelling with sealions, penguins, turtles and sharksT Suttle-Smith
Thank you for all your hard work in organising my holiday to Ecuador and the Galapagos. I had a fantastic time and made a lot of new friends.
The whole trip ran like clockwork. Our guide and crew of the Aida Maria were more than helpful and very friendly. The Aida Maria is an excellent boat and it was a constant source of amazement that the cook could produce such good quality food for 16 people in such a small space.
I can not fault any part of the holiday and find it difficult to choose a highlight although the erupting volcano takes some beating.
I would gladly recommend Andean Trails and Aida Maria to anyone looking to go to the Galapagos. Once again thank you very much for a wonderful time.V Stewart
"Overall the trip was all we hoped for – and more. Generally speaking everything was excellent.
Food on the boat was excellent, though the cabin was smaller than anticipated. The Guide was excellent, spoke good English and was very knowledgeable.
The overall organisation was excellent. With the exception of Iberian Airways (not your fault) everything went to plan.
All pick-ups were on time, with all taxi drivers speaking excellent English (very helpful) and the tours were very good with friendly and helpful guides.
Overall it was a superb trip, and to a certain extent some of the comments are a bit ‘nit-picking’, but it is difficult to find fault with a such a memorable holiday. Thanks again for everything, if we ever think to venture over to that part of the world again we will certainly give you a ring."Chris Flack, UK, May 2015
