Argentina is an adventure travel paradise, and the perfect destination for life-changing, challenging tours.
Two of South America’s toughest challenges await the travellers looking to push themselves in Argentina.
First is Aconcagua, South America’s highest mountain, albeit one whose 6,962m/22,841ft you can hike to.
Second is the South Patagonia Ice Field, an Antarctic-style expedition among beautiful mountains in tough conditions.
These are the extremes, and there are plenty more challenges for all types of adventure traveller heading to Argentina.
We offer treks in the Fitz Roy area, sea kayaking trips to remote beaches as well as bike rides and more.
The guides were quite simply outstanding. They really made the trip a wonderful experience. I felt they were absolutely part of the team and there was no ‘client/guide’ barrier whatsoever.
Professional and diligent throughout, and always good humoured and practical.
J. Francis, Aconcagua

Great exped overall, personally, it was tough, though a fantastic experience. Very good guides who always came up with the goods. Accommodation was good and adequate, camp was very good with very good facilities and food.

I just wanted to let you know how extremely pleased we were with Tom Shearmans work on helping us plan our recent bike trip to Chile/Argentina. He was extremely responsive and informative right from the start and he made the whole experience of planning such a big trip that much easier and smoother. He was always very pleasant and amiable in his communications and even helped keep me from panicking when the down payment I sent for the holiday went half way around the globe before it got in to the right account!
Based on our experience with Tom, I would certainly recommend your company to anyone looking to plan a holiday in South America and we would certainly use him again should we venture again to that part of the world.

Successful acclimatisation will make a huge difference to your visit. It will mean you have a much safer and more enjoyable experience, whether trekking or climbing high Andean peaks. Over the past 25 years I have been up many 5,000 m plus peaks and trekked many fabulous routes in the Andes. I have suffered altitude headaches, lethargy, loss of appetite and certainly lack of breath when trying …
