April saw Kathy, owner at Andean Trails, return from a whistestop whirl around Peru, where she retraced some familiar steps.
Kathy said: “
I hadn’t trekked the Inca Trail since my tour leading days back in the late 1990s, nor Choquequirao since my backpacking days about 20 years ago.“I really wanted to check out how new roads have influenced the Choquequiaro trek route and how new regulations have changed the Machu Picchu experience.
“There’s also a new adventure activity base lake Huaypo, where we can organise sailing, stand up paddle boarding and canoeing, fabulous activities for all the family and a great day out on our Peru family Holiday.”
