Neyen Vineyard: Here old blends with new. The vines date back to the 19th century, the wine processes are 21st century and your tasting will take place in the cellar dating back to 1890.
Montes: This winery came to be in 1989. It is a ground breaking innovative winery who have even planted a vineyard on the island of Mechuque in Chilean Patagonia – at a latitude never before attempted.
Santa Cruz
The town of Santa Cruz, where you will be based, is also the heart of Chile’s central region traditions. Here you may well see the Chilean Huaso (cowboy) riding through town on horseback in traditional dress.
If you have time, a must is a visit to the Colchagua Museum which has an incredible array of artefacts from Pre Columbian times to modern day. Your will even see the cage which was used to rescue the trapped 33 miners which made world wide news in 2010.

W. Kyle, USA. 4-day Inca Trail trek, Cusco and Sacred Valley, April 2025 Food was awesome, at our Cusco hotel and on the Inca trail. There were so many highlights: the way our guide explained in great detail about all the birds, plants (especially all the different orchids), in addition to his knowledge on all the ancient historical sites was quite amazing. It made the trail more like an adventure, instead of a hike. All of the people at the hotel in Cusco were very helpful, especially Kevin, who brought oxygen to my room Saturday morning when I was still having issues adjusting to the high altitude in Cusco. The other tour guides, Eddie on the walking tour of Cusco, and Mateo, who did the Sacred Valley tour were good. Andean Trails was recommended by Responsible Travel, my first contact for this adventure.

Sue Ormiston, Peru Highlights, Inca Trail, and Amazon, May 2024 The holiday was fantastic overall. Thanks for all your help. We've had a great time! There were two highlights: the first was finishing the Inca Trail and seeing Machu Picchu. And the second was the trip to Tambopata Research Centre in the Amazon Rainforest. Food everywhere was very good. Guides everywhere were excellent, especially the guide at Colca Canyon. (Elar), Elvis at Lake Titicaca, the Inca Trail (Felipe) and at Tambopata (Boris). Overall organisation was excellent. Everything worked smoothly, like clockwork! Andean Trails was recommended to us by a friend. The places we chose to visit because they all sounded amazing and they were!
