You have a great team down there in La Paz. Very organized and well equipped. I really enjoyed it. The scenery is phenomenal!!! Maria is a great cook and never failed to surprise me with the freshness and quality of her meals. Osvaldo was very competent and it was great that he spoke perfect English so dinner conversation was not lacking.
I hope I can do another trip with your company. Thanks for everything.

Thanks to your wonderful organising the Patagonian leg of our trip went extra smoothly and we had a most enjoyable visit there as well. All the accommodation was excellent and in most places we were upgraded to great rooms with great views. Perfect for photographers to check out the sunrises and sunsets.

The organisation and the food were excellent – easily the best I have had on a trek. The food was both good to eat and plentiful. The cook at the second camp was particularly good and his baked salmon dish was the best meal of the trip – better than anything the restaurants produced.
Difficult to pick out one particular highlight as we had amazing views of Fitzroy, Paine, and Ushuaia. The whole trip was wonderful, but if there has to be one particular highlight, I would probably select the morning spent on the Beagle Channel.

The ship, the Anahi, was excellent, and the islands were amazing. Highlights: Snorkelling with sea lions, sunrises on the top deck, sunsets at the bar. The boat, the MC Anahi, was excellent. Good cabins, well serviced, excellent food, friendly well-organised crew, superb guide, great itinerary. It couldn’t have been better.

Speaking for myself, the Ausangate trek, end to end, was superb and was easily my high point. The uniqueness of the trip, the quality of the walk, the height of the lodges, the warmth of the fellow guests, the genuine helpfulness and friendliness of the staff and guides all combined to make something extremely special and that I don’t think could be repeated.
The accommodation varied from good to superb. The food was certainly a surprise and was of a much higher standard than expected. The guides were both top class and the overall organisation was exemplary. Could not be any better, from initial conversations, which were many, to the booking process.

Both Amazon rainforest and Galapagos were excellent. The boat selection and the cruise itinerary were outstanding.
Everything was perfectly organised. All parts of the trip fully in line with the itinerary. Local representatives were available at the meeting points, they organised the documentation, the transport, everything.
Everything was excellent, the guides were very professional and helpful. Accommodation was also well selected, fully in line with the expectations. Next time, we will spend more time in Ecuador and visit other parts of this fascinating country.

The food was really good and beyond my expectation. The restaurants chosen on the whole were excellent.
Best hotel was Albermarle on Isabela. Great location and very well run unit with nice touches like tea/coffee in reception at all times. Blue Marlin on San Cristobal good too but not in same class as above. Hotel on Floreana was very basic with poor showers- either got scalded or ice cold…however what a location right on beach.
Really had a great time. Guide on Galapagos first rate and he really helped make the tour. Loads of experience and born in the islands. Good people person and he really helped get best out of holiday.
Good itinerary and we were lucky with weather as island transfers were fine.

Thank you for organising such a splendid trip for us. Overall we were happy with how it turned out. The two best hotels were the Casa Andina Private Collection in Arequipa and the El Mercado Tunqui in Cusco. The guides were of a particularly high standard. We enjoyed Peru very much ( we really needed a little longer in Cusco) and are grateful to you for arranging it all.

Highlight is definitely the Galapagos. I loved the animals & their friendly nature, all of the trips & activities, the people & the guide was awesome. The fact that this part of our trip ran so smoothly & the accommodation was good particularly being so close to the sea.
I would definitely recommend Andean Trails to others.

The overall organization was excellent, especially with the chauffeurs at key points taking all the stress from us. The weather was great with a bit of everything, but mostly sunny and warm. Views on the glacier were amazing and very appreciated after a four hours of trekking.

Choquequirao was fabulous, remote , a real sense of achievement having trekked in, the guide was really informative and there was a spiritual feel to it. Hotels absolutely fine as expected – tents new clean and functional first class – on Trek food was fabulous and way beyond expectations – fresh local produce prepared with a skill and passion that I have no idea how it was managed .
This was an excellent package and delivered exactly what I hoped and expected and having met new friends and a great support team really a bit more than expected.

This has to be one of my best trips ever!! Highly recommended! The Galapagos has to be on everyone’s bucket list!
I am reborn! Simply the best holiday I have ever been on. I don’t think I would change anything.

The highlight was really reaching the highest point of the trek on Day 2 at 4732m. It was tough moving at those altitude, we also experienced a small hailstorm enroute.
I was very satisfied with the standard of the accommodation, food and guides.

The trip was brilliantly well organised by yourselves. Everything worked as it should in that all transport arrangements were great and people appeared where they should and delivered more than we could have ever expected.
Guides for the Cusco City tour (Clara) and the Peru mountain biking trip (Carlos) were excellent and both trips were very informative and comprehensive. The mountain biking provided a good acclimatisation opportunity for us, although we weren’t up the 20 miles it was suggested we do at the outset.
We felt your kit lists and general advice was great for preparing us for what to expect.

Organisation was excellent. We were happy with all of our guides, they were knowledgeable and personable. Food was great and I liked that all of the hotels had some history behind them. We loved the order; it was nice to have the slower paced Amazon after the big hike. I think if the Amazon had been first, I would have been impatient to get going and do more, but as it was, all the down time was much appreciated.
