South America, together
Taking a group abroad is a different job from booking a holiday. You need one plan that works for 10 people or 40, and someone who answers the phone when the minibus is late. You also need a partner who understands that a sixth-form geography trip, a scout expedition and a company off-site each need something different.
We’ve been arranging trips across South America since 1998. We start with what your group wants to achieve, whether that’s a trek, a research season, a challenge or simply a week somewhere new together. Then we build the trip around it: the route, the guides, the transport, the beds and the food. You bring the group, and we handle everything between the airport and the trailhead.

Schools
Expeditions that tie into the curriculum and still feel like an adventure. Examples include Spanish in Cusco homestays, river ecology in the Ecuadorian Amazon, and volcanoes and glaciers in the Chilean Lake District.
Universities
Fieldwork and study trips with the logistics already sorted, from altitude research in the Bolivian altiplano to geology in the Atacama and biology fieldwork on the Galapagos. We can arrange local specialists, permits and a base that works for your programme.
Scouts and youth groups
Challenging, well-supported expeditions that stretch young people without overreaching. Think camping treks in the Cordillera Blanca, community projects in the Sacred Valley, and learning to paddle on Lake Titicaca.
Clubs and societies
Trekking, climbing, cycling and running clubs looking for a proper objective. That could be the Huayhuash circuit, a first 6,000m peak, or riding the Carretera Austral.
Companies
Team trips and incentive travel with substance. Your group could trek to Machu Picchu, share a long lunch at an estancia outside Mendoza, and fit a morning of meetings in around them.
Friends and families
A big birthday, a reunion or a club of old friends. When your group is large enough to need a plan, we’ll make one that keeps everyone happy.
