Our trip was really wonderful. I thoroughly enjoyed every minute and I can honestly say that there weren't any low points. But, there were many highlights. Camp Poincenot in the woods in the snow was chilly but fun. Amazing views of Fitzroy. Our tour leader Flor was excellent as was Fernando, one of the mountain guides. The wildlife was memorable, guanacos and rhias and then later the penguin colony and elephant seals. El Pedral was magical. The food was superb and we loved it's isolated setting. Everything was well organised. The group had just 7 people which worked well. All the accommodation was generally very good. The camps were really good fun, good fun and really warm sleeping bags. We took trade to local restaurants and bought the odd souvenir etc. We tried to be sensitive to environment and keep impact low. I would recommend the tour to anyone fit enough for the treks. The uphills were longer and steeper than expected but enjoyable. Thank you for organising the holiday for us.
